Join us for an upcoming Virtual Coffee Encounter with Morris Narunsky, whose life began in the immediate aftermath of the Holocaust and whose family’s story stands as a powerful testament to survival, faith, and remembrance.Born in Poland in 1945 at a former concentration camp just one week after the liberation of Auschwitz, Morris was the son of Holocaust survivors who endured multiple concentration camps and lost much of their family during the war. His early years were spent in a Displaced Persons camp before his family immigrated to the United States to begin rebuilding their lives.Through the stories passed down by his parents and relatives, Morris offers a deeply personal perspective on survival, resilience, Jewish identity, and the responsibility of preserving memory. His family’s journey serves as a powerful reminder that the Holocaust is not merely history—it is a warning, a responsibility, and a call to action. This conversation will explore the experiences of Holocaust survivors rebuilding their lives after liberation, the lasting impact of inherited memory, and why sharing these stories remains essential as the voices of the Holocaust generation grow fewer.

Join us for this moving and timely conversation as we reflect on memory, truth, and the responsibility each generation carries to ensure that “Never Again” is more than a promise, it is a commitment.
