The Holocaust Garden of Hope is seeking 100 founding members to move the project forward in its initial two years of development. Specifically, the Garden is soliciting 100 individual or business contributors willing to invest an initial sum of $1800 each to fund the start-up phase. We need to fund the final steps of the permitting phase and the first phase of construction. Founding members will be considered partners in the launch phase of the Holocaust Garden of Hope.

  • First and foremost, each of the 100 contributors will be recognized as a founding member with a personalized, large engraved paver placed in the Founders’ Plaza near the entrance of the Garden property. It will also have the demarcation of Chai (life in Hebrew, with a numerical value of 18).
  • Secondly, founding members will be the first to be informed of detailed updates regarding the progress of the Garden construction, future grand opening event, and programs.
  • Garden staff will also conduct surveys in the future to solicit responses to ideas for specific projects, website features, and events associated with the development of the Garden. From time to time, founding members will be invited to share feedback on those ideas for important decisions being made.
  • Founding members will also be listed on the website as well as receive a beautiful certificate for framing.

As a founding member, you and your family or business will help plow the ground at the Holocaust Garden of Hope. This legacy investment will empower future generations of upstanders in our community to say, “Never again!”

Thank you,

Rozalie Jerome Executive Director

Christine Ege Associate Director
